Over the last few months I’ve had lots of ideas and dreams sprouting in my heart as I dream about my business and the direction I want to go.
And my heart longs to give you MORE. More authenticity. More memories captured. More tangible heirlooms for your hands to hold.
I am creating lots of new things that will help all of these come about – so I want to update you about the first step in the process.
I will be cutting mini sessions from my offerings.
Please hear my heart: I have LOVED photographing your family and it has been a JOY to meet so many of you this way! It has been such an honor to have full mini sessions almost every time I have offered them. I have offered Christmas Mini Sessions, as well as a Spring and Fall Mini Session lineup.
But I feel like I am not serving you or giving you the best.
I have been feeling a pull to serve my clients in a deeper way and give you more. With Christmas mini sessions – or any mini session experience – we get such a short amount of time. Most little kids need some time to warm up, and with mini sessions, it feels like we have just one chance to get it right! If someone needs a snack or a little break, we lose a big chunk of time.
What my heart wants is to create a stress-free experience for you and your family. It’s hard trying to get everyone out the door and dressed and ready! I envision coming to your home where we can just enjoy what you do together as a family. I will help you plan out a full wardrobe for each member of your family, we will talk about lighting and the best spot to shoot – and we will have plenty of time. I want relaxed, carefree and true to who you are as a family! I want to capture your family’s rhythm and what matters most to you.
My goal is to give you the pictures the your heart longs for. Having more time gives us more opportunities to create those memories for you to hold on to for years to come. Having more intentionality in planning out the process allows me to get to know your family better and help to tell YOUR story.
