Preparing For Your Lancaster Newborn Photography Session

After you have your baby, your mind is going to be so full with so many details (trust me, I’ve been there 3 times!). I want to help take some things off of your plate, so you don’t need to worry about your Lancaster Newborn Photography Session! I have some helpful tips which will ease your mind, and we can get you back to just feeding and cuddling that tiny, new baby of yours!

Remember: Everything Will Be Ok During Your Lancaster Newborn Photography Session

Your job isn’t to stress or worry about your newborn session – you just need to enjoy your family and your new baby! During your Lancaster Newborn Photography session, I will have everything under control. With over 15 years of experience of being behind the camera, I am confident that I can provide you with a great experience!

Plan In Advance For Your Lancaster Newborn Photography Session

I highly recommend that you plan in advance for your Lancaster Newborn Photography Session! I love getting to talk and plan with my clients in the days leading up to our session – and trust me – that’s the last thing you’ll want to do when you are trying to figure out feeding, sleep and a whole host of other things! Let’s plan before your baby arrives, and then you can relax knowing that all of the details are already ironed out! I also love to discuss outfits with my clients, and this gives you time to plan and shop. Trust me, you don’t want to be running out to Gap the morning of your session!

Take It Slow On The Morning Of Your Lancaster Newborn Photography Session

You don’t want to feel rushed the morning of your newborn session! I highly recommend having a friend or relative hang out to help you get ready. That way you can take a long shower, grab your favorite latte, and have plenty of time to do hair and makeup. If your racing around trying to get ready, you will walk into your session stressed and that’s not fun for you! Stress also shows up in photos – and I want you to have the best photos you can imagine. Seriously, if you only take one tip from this newborn photo tips blog post, it’s this one!
